Mark Zuckerberg introduces more like buttons called Reactions on Facebook. Check details

The founder of the popular social media Facebook has launched new set of like buttons (a.k.a Reactions ) on Facebook. 'Today is our worldwide launch of Reactions -- the new Like button with more ways to express yourself. Not every moment you want to share is happy. Sometimes you want to share something sad or frustrating. Our community has been asking for a dislike button for years, but not because people want to tell friends they don't like their posts. People wanted to express empathy and make it comfortable to share a wider range of emotions. I've spent a lot of time thinking about the right way to do this with our team. One of my goals was to make it as simple as pressing and holding the Like button. The result is Reactions, which allow you to express love, laughter, surprise, sadness or anger. Love is the most popular reaction so far, which feels about right to me!' He said.

Image
The Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed (Alhaji) has called on Nigerians to give total support to the military in its efforts to consolidate the great achievements recorded in the fight against Boko Haram. The Minister made the call on Monday February 15, 2016 at the launch of a private news magazine (SI Magazine) in Abuja. The Minister averred that many Nigerian troops have paid the supreme price in liberating communities hitherto held by the terrorists, to the extent that no community today is exclusively in the hands of Boko Haram. According to him, they may be operating in one or two areas, but they are doing so from a position of weakness, unlike in the past when they brazenly took over territories, hoisted their flags, deposed and imposed emirs and even collected taxes. ”We owe it a duty to support our gallant military, not to condemn or second guess them,” he said. The Minister commended the magazine for featuring in its launch edition the details of the rec...

More drones are now registered than piloted airplanes

More drones are now registered with the federal government than piloted aircraft, marking a major milestone in aviation history. Over 325,000 people have registered their flying robots with the Federal Aviation Administration's new drone registration system, FAA Administrator Michael Huerta said at a drone-related conference in Washington, D.C. on Monday. That number tops the 320,000 piloted aircraft registrations the FAA has on file, he said, according to a  USA Today report. In early January, just weeks after the FAA's drone registration system opened on Dec. 21, the FAA had just 181,000 drone registrations. This rise in the number of registrations shows that many people are racing to meet a Feb. 19 deadline to do so. Failure to register could result in civil penalties up to $27,500 and criminal penalties of up to three years in prison. The FAA has maintained that it created the drone registration system to combat the illegal use of drones, like the pilo...

It also put a roof over a head .. We all decided that the make over would be incomplete if it ended at the studio . Every one started to reach out to their contacts and through Bimpe we were able to get her a meeting with Ugo the pioneer of Make-me salon .  As a result of the buzz she generated from the Thisday cover Our model is now close to starting an internship at  @ ...
